speaker question

ok i am about to put a nice azz sound system in my clipse and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what size the door speakers are? i know tha backs are 6x9's. i thought tha doors were 5 1/4 cuz thats what tha fitment thing at circuit city said but ive heard they are 6 1/2's. i hav a 97 eclipse so if someone could just tell me what tha right sizes are thatd be greatly appreciated. thanks for any help.

I've got 6's in mine.

Side note: don't take the advice of anyone that works at those chain stores...they know about as much about car audio as the next guy. Go to your local custom audio shop and demo a few of the speakers so you can hear the differenced FOR YOURSELF.

ok if you have the stock infinity system then 6 or 6 1/2 will fit if not you need to get 5 1/4's my 95 gs withh infinity has a set of boston accoustic pro 6.5"s in the door but wher i tried to work on a 99 rs the 6 1/2's were too big

I got MA AUdio Synergy series 6s in the front with MA AUdio MA69W 6x9 subwoofers....adn a 400 watt amp which is the best ive heard with the least weight
