Hey all- semi-technical question here. I've recently installed
my Blitz TT and done the following mod to get my
stock alarm working with it (http://ca.dsm.org/FAQ/2gtt-faq.html).

What I would like to do now, is to rewire the alarm so when I
arm/disarm it, it not only flashes the dome lights, but also the
headlights. Has anyone done this? Or better yet- does anyone have
the wiring schematics so I could figure it out?

Many thanks to anyone who can help!

Guess i'll figure it out myself and post results

I installed my Blitz Dual TT c/w harness and didn't do any of those modifications to the alarm and mine works fine. What didn't work on your car?

Well, the reason I did those mods (except for removing the blue wire) was to get power to the security system while the car was cooling off. It kind of defeated the purpose of having the TT if I had to wait for the engine to shut off before I could set the alarm. Sure the doors locked and all, but I still wanted to have the alarm.

What I'm trying to figure out now is how to rewire the alarm so when I arm/disarm it, the turn signals (or headlights) on the car flash instead of just the dome lights flashing.

On a side-note, are you saying you installed yours and the security system is armed while the car is still running? And you didn't modify anything?
