Where can i get the whole speedometer cable?

Ok, ever since i bought my Talon the speedo never worked, i took out the gauge cluster to see what was wrong..THERE WAS NOTHING THERE WHERE THE SPEEDO CABLE IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!! NOTHING!! just a weired looking plastic peice...any who...Where can i get the whole speedo setup, wiring, cables all the doo dads...a Mitsu. dealer, parts store...help plz, i dont need any more speeding tickets, and it bugs the shit out of me when i dont know how fast i am going@!!
