Got a question for spyder owners???

Does anybody know if the top on a 3G eclipse convertable eclipse fit on a 98 eclipse convertable??? As you guys know, somebody tried to steal my car and they slashed my top so now I need to replace it. I know somebody who is selling a 3G eclipse convertable top for $150 and I wanted to know if that would fit on my convertable. Any help is appreciated.

I've noticed they appear to be identical. Maybe check at your Mits dealership to make sure?

Yeah I think I'll do that, I'm just afraid that they might lie to me. They look very similar if not they are probably the same but I don't want to risk buying it and then it doesn't work.
