Interior color choice help........please.

Ok i have a black 1996 RS and i just got this thing and would like some color suggestions for interior painting....The stock color is plain ole lame grey! I want to give it a color scheme but would like some tips.... What do you think would look sweet in my ride ?

Pics would be even better though ... if you have any pics of your custome interior i would love to see em'

I am a new to this forum so i do not know much of you yet but your helpfull ideas will be greatly appreciated.
This will also aid in me being able to pick out colored knob and boot and pedals.

How about chameleon paint would it look that good on the inside?? without that much sunlight??

No chameleon paint!!!!! GHEY!!!! I would go with straight black or maybe even red if you want a vibrant color! Just remeber that whatever you go with has got to match the outside as well!!!!! I think with a black car a black interior would look HOTTTTTT! my opinion though! Whatever you do ... NO yellow!!!!!!

I thought about it ...your right...it would be ghey....but i was thinking of doin the black and an accent color and yes i am not a big fan of yellow!

Right now mine is in the process of being changed to black!!! I just ordered seats from www.speedstash.com and have ripped the whole interior apart! It is a very long, tedious process if you want it to come out good! And if your going to go with black get a satin finish not gloss! or it will look like S**T!!!!!!!
Yeah check out those seats to if you get a chance they are NOICE!!!!! very inexpensive and very comfortable!!!!!! great addition for any interior!!!!!!

Yeah carpet and everything.... just don't know about the dash yet!!! I heard its a B***H to get out! But yeah those seats are tight....the only thing .. the company claims that the universal sliders that the seats come with will fit the OE brackets .... BUT when you lift your stock seat the brackets and sliders are 1 peice.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm! so I had to FABricate a pair which is very time consuming! I saw a pair of brackets on ebay though for $160 .... which still puts you under the $1000 you'd spend on SPARCO's!!!! Yeah man I will try and post picz of my interior as soon as I get it done! if you have any other ?'s just post! I'm in here everyday!!!!
The easiest way to do the carpet is .....
1. gut the interior
2. remove the carpet
3. fill a 45gal. trash can with water
4. RIT dye for fabric in the trash can
5. soak carpet
6. rinse carpet
7. soak again
8. hang dry
9. (scrape the sound deadning material off your floor board)
10. rinse carpet once more when completely DRY!
11. then dry with a hairdryer or hang dry again!!!!!!!!
using the trash can will save your BATH TUB!!!!! believe me

Hey, nice seats, thanks for posting the link. As far as the brackets go, dosent it say that it oncludes brackets? You need to use the stock brackets too?

No the seats do not come with brackets..... they come with universal sliders that they say will mount to your OE brackets! NOPE the OE brackets and sliders are one peice in the eclipse soooooooooooooo that will not work!!!! If you do a search in this forum I have posted a link where you can find brackets on ebay!

those seats are inexpensive! for an equivalent in momo expect $450+ and sparco start at $550+ each....
but oh the quality!!

Jimmy- blue black
jocks - red black (school colors)
Justin - Blue black
Me and joey - Yellow & black
Justin (K)- RED white......see everyone except the #### ghey a$$ jocks are doing diff...

( also i had no idea that joey was doin black yellow but hey hes got a firebird so its dif.)

Also my interior is going to be Black Yellow & CF
