Does anyone else have this piece?
This replacement piece came along with the car when I purchased it.

I'll try and get better pics if anyone is interested.

Yes, it goes in when you take off the glass. I've never used mine, I've never taken the glass off. My '84 200SX Turbo had a removable glass, I think I had it off twice- more noise than air, I didn't do it again.

The glass factory sunroof is, it was fairly common practice for sunroofed cars in the 80's. There's a pushbutton on the back hinge, it releases the hinge, then you tilt the glass up far enough to slide it to the side off the front hinges, and then it starts raining.

There should also be an interior cover, a storage pouch, and a strap with clips that hold everything in place in the trunk over the spare tire. My first Talon had all those accessories, but neither of my other 2 DSM's have them.
