reverse indiglos

anyone know if these gauges are made for the non turbo cars w/ a 9000 rpm tach

if not, would i be able to get these and have them line up right even though i have a 9000 rpm tach. i dont think so, but my friend told me they would. If they dont, does anyone know if i could buy the turbo set and the non turbo set and take the turbo tach and speedometer and use the non turbo temp and fuel gauge and have a complete working set? please help me someone

The engine won't rev to 9000, just go with the 8000. The indiglos are wired together, I don't know if they mind being re-wired or not.

Hey, how about not buying indiglo gauges? They kill night vision, which is useful when you are driving in the dark and need to see what is ahead of you.

So you have no problem seeing over the indiglo lights in yer dash? I do, as do most of my buddies (Micah has them in his 200sx, and they mess us up).

Just get basic reverse indiglos, you can see fine at night and they look better than the ones you posted

Yes thats pretty similar to the ones i have, they light up a nice elctric blue color instead of that ugly blue indiglo color

They're acurate, just mounts over the top of the stock ones.

I got mine off ebay for 35$

sorry man, the ones that i want they dont have. they have the ones i want for 8000 rpm tach, the other ones are the ones w/ silver face and no green/blue ring around needle. thanx anyway

From what I have seen the 8k tach will not be accurate. In the pictures the 8k has larger spacing and ends in the same position as the 9k. I think the 8k is for autos and the 9k for standards, with that in mind you may want to call them and see if they have the style you want in 9k (if you haven't already).

I have reverse indiglos and do not have trouble seeing at night and if I did they come with this thing called a dimmer.

alright thanx. looks like im out of luck. i want those specific ones, so should i buy the turbo ones and the non turbo ones and try to rewire them, or should i say screw it, i have an aftermarket tach, i dont need the one in my dash

If you really want to purchase two sets then yeah. The turbo tach should be the same layout. You would use the non-turbo fuel, temp, and speedo gauges. They should all have the same plug ends so there shouldn't be any rewiring (at least I wouldn't think so). You might even see if they would put a turbo tach in place of the auto so you wouldn't have to buy both kits.
