Loose & Rattly windows, help!

When my power windows on my 2gnt are down in any position other than exactly halfway, or all the way closed, they rattle (both sides). I know that they are supposed to have some play in them since there is no frame around the window, but mine have almost an inch of play, and make the worst noises when they arent in the aforementioned positions. Is there any way to tighten them?
