Spoiler Question??

OK I know that I am going to get alot of crap. But this is my Question I have a Carbon Fiber Wing. What is the best way to go about mounting them I can't get it to stop squeaking. Any Ideas

Same way the factory does - use a thin insulating layer between the deck lid and spoiler. Foam, rubber, felt, cut up old clothes, anything to prevent the wing and sheetmetal from rubbing. Should make a difference. If not, a wastegate dump tube and direct to atmosphere BOV should cover up those annoying squeaks

Yeah I will be the first to give you crap...Bwhahaha wasting money on a ghey wing..anyways..did you put anything between the trunk and the mounting brackets..like a thin peice of foam or rubber or did you just do metal to metal...also GET RID OF THE GHEY WING...o.k. its out of my system...

dude whats up, i know its your opinion, but man... you tell that to the japanese and they will ruin you... Im just saying that in japan the cars are built for road race style conditions... sure a spoiler may be usless or "ghey" as you put it at the drag, but what if he, like myself want to tune our cars for the road corse, then we need wings, and other things you might call "gehy"

I have somthing between the trunk and the mounting foot the problem is tha the metal is flexing. As for those who think it is GHEY I don't care my car and Honestly if like it everyone else can bite me.

If anyone is curiousor wants to see I will have pictures uploaded as soon as the rims get here.
