2g owners help out on body panel q's

Im trying to remove the vent on the top on the inside doors. the last ownder painted it blue, and i want to repiant it with more of a nuetral color. anyway, is there a certain way this guy comes off??

i tried to pry it up but no luck.. im afraid of cracking it?? should the entire door panel come off first?????

any help would be great!

you have to take the entire door panel off

yea, take the whole panel off and unscrew the 2 screws holding it in...
