Need help tire selection

I just bought a 1g after being out of the game for years.... Previous owner had installed a set of konig 18x7" rims on the car...

Well car sat for so long and they dry rotted... I'm looking to replace all 4 tires and don't need anything super expensive and looking for what size tires to buy....

I use to have a set of 18s with 215/35R18 tires... Never used them and sold the set...

This set has tires that are 235/40R18

Looking for something decent without breaking the bank and unsure what size to get 215/225/235??
35/40/45??

As far as width, you would have to know the offset as to be sure you don't rub the sidewalls. Aspect ratio will depend on the width, as well as the ride height (and turning radius in the front) again, so you don't have rubbing issues. If you don't have any rubbing now, then you can get the same size, or use it to guage how much wider/taller you can go without rubbing.

I finally got a picture of the rims... unsure of the model but I know there are made by Konig... they have a carbon fiber center cap that says Konig sport on it...

i have ## old set of 18s haha.....nice look wheels for the new whip.....id say go with sizes thts already on there man

Looking online with a 18x7 inch rim the previous owner has tires that are 235mm wide or 9.251 inches...how does that fit on the rim??

The rim clearly states on the right side of the picture 18x7.... I'm so lost on rim/tire combos
