I have a GS so of course it comes with two blanking plates from the factory (no SMIC). They are on the front bumper on the outside of the fog lamps. Mine are pretty faded (like car in pic) and I like the look of them off anyway. Is there any problem with taking them completely off on the 420a? I'm not going to shove snow up the oil cooler or weaken the bumper or anything am I?

Thanks for your time.

As far as I know its cosmetic so you don't see anything "ugly" thats behind the bumper. You can get some primer and paint them satin/gloss black and they won't be that noticable. OR, just remove them. Metal clip holding them in tight, then the pieces themselves have plastic clips.

I will pay for shipping if I can have the pass. side one. And no there is no problem with taking them out...
