Hey, just got my sub/amp installed today and my trunk rattles like crazy. System sounds so nice on the inside but garbage on the outside. So is there anyway to get rid of that trunk rattle or atleast reduce it? Thanks to anyone who can answer.

Luke

alright....do you just cover every are inside the trunk with it or only certain spots? Never worked with this stuff before. Thanks

Luke

cover the whole thing the more you use the less rattle and more bass inside the car. i used it in mine and it doesnt rattle at all now.

that stuff is awesome. i can have the doors shut and the windows up and with a 15'' and a 1000watt amp. i can barely hear it outside. it sounds really clean.

One way to stop trunk rattle is to pull into a garage, close the door, and idle the car, listening for rattles. If you can't stop the noise, wait a few more minutes and you'll never hear them again.

I took all of the metal clips that hold on the plastic piece to the hatch off. I replaced them with some screws. The only think that rattled after that was the licence plate. And thats easy to fix. Just a little bit of padding glued to the back of the plate. I know Dynomat is awesome, but its to expensive.
