wow, seriously dude, im telling you that that is damn dangerous...

that wire is gonna rub agains that hole all the time and its gonna get to the copper after a while, i would do something about that,

why didint you just wire it throught the firewall like all other normal people do, no you dont have to take off your fender either, its right under the battery dude??

wondering the exact same thing:confused:

My friend did this in his car, and all i'm gonna say is bad things will happen

bad idea.. if something gets pinched and one little strand of copper touches metal your screwed.. if you really want to do it this way, i mean u really do, they atleast wrap electrical tape very thick on the wire.. it doesn't look very attractive either with that gapping hole where the wire goes through.. why not just put it through the firewall or through the steering boot?

HA! HA! HA! Exactly! Wrap 3 INCHES of tape around it!!! I fyou don't at least put a rubber grommet around it, Walt Disney will call you himself to offer you a job in the magical firework factory! Come on, man! Use your firewall! There ought to be a grommet you can use and drill through! You got to think about your security in the first place! I bet you didn't even unplug the negative wire of your battery while doing this... You're playing with fire, dawg!

Next time, have a pro do this job for you!

L8ER! :dsm:

I am still wondering why you did all this extra work to make your car a fire hazard. Please tell me you have a inline fuse on that amp wire!!!!
