need help with these mods!!!!!!

i need help with installing a tach and indiglo gauges. i have the indiglo gauges in but i dont know where to connect the power wire to on my 97. which wire do i tap into and where is that wire? also, im just about ready to install the phantom tach and was wondering which wire to clip, is my vehicle a 1 or 2 pulse? anyone else go through this? any help would be great!!!

I personally hooked the power wire on my idiglos to the dimmer switch for the lights

 

[Instance]

Get a tester or a multimeter and test lines one at a time. Have the lights off, test a line, turn the parking lights on, test the same line, and so on. When you get a line that lights up or shows power when you turn your parking lights on.......BINGO(thats what I did on my 300zx). Or if you dont want to do that just hook it up to your cigarette lighter light. Easy to find but you gotta run the wire kinda far.
