dingy headlights

anybody got suggestions on makin that infamous yellow tint on the headlights disappear. i have been told oil and fine sand paper but that didn't do much. kinda looks ### with clear corners and dingy headlights.

try the search, but there are a couple ways. the one i used was Mother's Mag and Aliuminum polish. put some on the headlight and work it in. then polish it off. works really well. but it's not a permanent fix from what i hear. i did it about 2 weeks ago, and it seems to be holding up.

You need much finer sandpaper (without the oil), and yes, there's a ton of links. Mother's Mag Polish seems to be the favorite method of the month.
