Yeah, should have gotten the Maroon color. it would match a little better.

Just my .02!

if you notice the Eclipse emblem in the back...its teh same red...and my panels in mydoor in a matter of weeks are going to be the same color to tie it all up

The red cf kit is nice. I would get a steering wheel tho. It really makes a difference. People love them at shows, and cops haven't said anything to me. YET. EVen complimented it tho at a stop b4. Myrtle Beach cops can be bad tho. The steering wheel is the only thing I think you should switch around. You can get a new one from like $50 (APC tho) to around 300 (momo) I have a momo trek and I love the way this wheel is shaped. Fits like a glove imo.

Red, black, and tan...what a combo.:barf:

A custom upholstery shop really sponsors you and did that:confused: :rolleyes: Please tell us who they are...so we can make a note to never go there.

to each his own. I think it looks well done regardless of what colors he used. A custom car shop does whatever the customer wants, I would know I help my friend with his on weekends. As for a sponsor they sponsor whoever will get their name out in a tastefull manor. Anyone seriously looking to get custom car work done looks at the quality of work and craftsmanship, colors are totally illigetimate... convert his pictures over to black and white for a second. I dont see any 1/2 assed work from what I do see. everything flows well and there aern't any obvious flaws. I'm just pointing out the fact that you could spend a couple days converting it over to a color scheme you like, what it boils down to is if the quality of work is there. if not it's going to look like shit no matter what colors you use.

stock=tasteful

If you even place in a show with more than 10 participants, I'll retract my previous statements. I'm not bashing...just expressing my opinion. And in my opinion, that shit is hideous. Go all black (and red) and it might be a different story. I agree with the steering wheel...some racing seats re-upholstered in black leather would be a nice touch as well.

For a sponsored car, I would expect better.

Ya know..I have had 2 show winning cars... i know what to do and what not to do...I believe more so than you. But considering its not done yet....Ive had the car for literally 3 months and ive done over 3 grand in work to it....you can shutup....Its still a work in progress.....i about a month when im done with the interior youll see...

and there is already an all black eclipse with black red like mine in the inside...I dont like to copy people...even though i stole taht dudes backseat design.....but anyways....well see at the show if i win anything.....if not it was a good effort ....if i did ill shove the trohpy up your ass

It looks like JC Whitney (resellers of "fine customization items") threw up in your interior.

actually nothing from any catalog was in my interior...al work done by a pro...except the kit taht i put on from EDashkit.com.....and Audio DImensions did the interior......

But i will say...short of two people most everyone likes the majority of it Thanks everyone for their opinon..

Hey man,if you like it,it's all good IMO.I did a couple small things in my 1G and I get compliments around here for it.Not always because of how great it looks,but alot of people I know don't see alot of cars w/ custom interior so they think it's cool that I have the b@!!$ to rip the interior apart and go at it.Nice car man,show some pics when you're all done:thumb:
