rust fix?

I have a 90 gsx and there is about a 1 inch wide by 8 inch long rust problem on the side of one of the wheel wells. How much do you think it would cost (around) for a shop to fix it up and paint it after. The spot to paint is about 2 feet by 2 feet.

I would say they would have to paint the whole quarter panel so around $3-400

naa, depednin how good of a job u need. I say 50-200!

i know nothing about this. how do body shops go about removing/fixing rust problems before painting them?
