Putting Apexi Safc2 in Safc1 pod for 1G.

I wanted to go get a an Apexi S-AFC and the center vent pod for one circle gauge and a pod for the afc because I think thats a sweet place to put it. Then I have been looking to buy the safc 2 and it doesnt have squared off corners and I heard it was slightly shorter. Has anyone tried to fit an safc2 in that pod and how nice did it look being a different shape or does anyone make a center vent pod for the safc 2?

I just bought my S-AFC yesterday, and now you have me thinking. From this picture it looks like it fits up though. But I dono.

thats pretty. Im sure that it can fit fine in that vent peice.

I just dont want it to have any big gaps around it I would like it perfect like the afc1. If anyone has pictures of the afcII in the afc1 pod, could you post it for me so I can see how it fits.

I have that same piece and it cracked when trying to get it to stay in place in the vent area. Otherwaist I would love to have it work correctly. I'm looking for a carbn fiber one that angles both the single gauge and SAFC towards the driver anyone seen one of those?

make ur own peice suitible for your needs.

all u need is a peice of ABS plastic and a dremel

Hey my friend is making this kinda stuff to get his talon back on the road, you should really check his stuff out, he made me a triple gauge pod for the center vent, and a mount for the afc2 above the radio, its really clean stuff, he can put afc, gauges , whatever, wherever you want it.
