white face gauge question

I just ordered a set of white face gauges from one of the parts companies and they were only $25 for the set for my 91 talon. Are these going to look like hell compared to the more expensive ones? Also can i change my bulbs behind them to make them blue at night? will this change the color of the needles also? I really dont want this to look bad...

They are probably just guage overlays opposed to replacement white face guages. That is normaly were the big price difference comes in.
