1G Body kits

Ive heard it is possible to put a 92-94 body kit on a 90-91 car does anyone know how hard that is and how much modification is needed. I really wanna get that drift front bumper but not sure if it will fit. It seems that all you have to do is remove that useless piece by the hood latch and it will work. Any input is gladly accepted.

I have been told that really the only mods the shop will have to make is for your front lights. The rest of the car is the same.
