has ANYONE tried this?

I've searched the forum...maybe i didn't search hard enough but the question is will any of the 92-94 body kits (specifically the front bumper) fit on a 91? I don't want replies such as "91 isnt a 92, won't fit" or "92 is different than 91...no go" i want to hear from someone who tried it and here what they think. and if you know why it wouldn't work please explain or leave a link to a thread that explains it in some detail. help if you can....thanks..ps if u go to asylumms.com and check out the body kits for 1g eclipse's, you'll notice that it says it fits 90-94 but the nice looking ones are only illustrated on a 92-94..anyways help me out.

well seriously, think about it. the front bumper for a '92 is cut for the fixed headlights whereas a '91 has pop-ups. so aside from the headlight differences the bumper will fit. you'll just need to do a little custom work on your part.

If the body shop or whomever is going to put it on knows what they are doing they can make it fit, may be a bit more, but it may be worth it.
