Info on Making body kits?

Well sorry if its been posted, i looked and didnt see it anywhere.
Anyone know anything about making body kits?
I saw on a clip on Speed tv, showed some guy carving the shape, out of who knows what, and im guessing they made the mold out of that, then used fiberglass, and stuff, just wondered if anyone had any links, or knew anything about the process, trying to learn about all the stuff people like to do, polishing, powder coating, fiber glass work, and ive found info on basically all of it except the body kit stuff.

ya ive checked your site, and read that big detailed post of yours
