Upgraded Eclispse Rims(should i buy?)

Ok this guy got new rims for his eclipse and he asked me if i would buy his old rims

He wants 200$ with tires and they pretty good cond. My question is if i buy them u think i can resell them for a profit of like 100$??(300$re sell) heres a pic of what im talking about

i doubt you will make a profit. i see those chrome 16's going for around $200 on craigslist. I dont think people will pay more.

oh i havnt seen any so far. maybe your right. Anyone have like a ball park price of how much it cost to pc'd them?? black is the color im thinking

look for the 16's that arent chrome. youll probably get a set cheaper than these. and your going to powder coat them anyways so the chrome doesnt matter.

Agreed. Why would you want to paint over the chromies? Just get the less rare plain janes if you're going to destroy them.

I took the set of silver ones of my 2g when the tires wore out and put them on ebay. Some guy bought them for $360 and said he would have bid them up to $400. He also drove 5 hours to pick them up. He couldn't under stand why I want to get rid of them. But I ordered a brand new set of 17"s with tires from discount tires online for $580. The cheapest good 16" tires I could find where $400 buy the time I got them mounted.
