Any headlights with no horizontal lines on lenses?

Ok so I noticed that when i did my audi a6 projector retrofit that the cutoff and light intensity was much brighter outside of the headlight assembly than when it was installed. The culprit i'm guessing are the lines on the clear headlight lenses themselves. I cant seem to find just the lenses. I would have to buy a whole new aftermarket ebay quality assembly just for the lenses. So does anyone know where to get the lenses, or anyone have a trashed pair of aftermarket lights? Thanks

Bad guess. The cutoff is a function of the specific faceting of the reflector and the bulb shrouding. Using the lens to guide general light output was a practice that went away when styled light housings and covers were developed.

The lines won't affect cutoff.
