Foily Hood

It's a heatshield. It stops your turbo from baking the paint off your hood.

It also stops you burning yourself if you lean on the hood after you've been driving.

It's there for a reason; leave it alone.

From what I've heard it smothers the engine if it catches on fire, I took mine off due to the fact that it fell off, and i didnt feel like putting it back on, and ive had it off for about 4 or 5 months now and now problem with paint yet.

We need to smother the "fire reetard" myth. It's not for fire at all, it's just a heatshield for the hood. Which means the cans o' beans and franks has to go under the hood instead of on top of it, if you want them nice and warm by the time you get to the picnic tables.
