got my reverse indiglo gauges and have a question about the wiring

got my new reverse indiglo gauges yesterday off of ebay. i have a question about the two wires that im supposed to splice into the headlight wires. where are the headlight wires that im supposed to splice into? -thanks

headlight wires is pretty much any wire that will come on with the parking lights and headlights. an easy one a lot of people use is the cigaret lighter connections, just splice into them. or you can test the wire behind the rehoestat (sp?) other wise known as the dimmer switch
