ironiclly i just painted my interior as well its blue however i have a silver GST auto as wall and it has a blakc and silver interior i painted. It looks good dude paint some more plastics to get a full look

LED's? No, its called Electro Luminescent Glow, or EL Glow. LED's wouldn't give you this look.

Silver is alright. It doesn't stand out as a bastard child so bad and it looks like you did a good job painting them. Stock would be better but whatever as long as it isn't blue, red, or green it is fine.

thats a switch that comes with the overlay. it allows you to pick between a green or blue light. the white part is a double sidded tape aka the back....

thx again everyone ^^^^ for your question i did put clear coat on them which ended up messing it up a bit and changing the color to grayish silver it was initially chrome but i like the gray better to be honest

This thread asked "opinions"therefore people are going to say positive and negative about it. But yes its personal preference but dont expect everyone to tell you how nice it is. I agree, the silver looks nice with the black, goodjob bud.
