I finally decided to figure out a good way to connect the horn wire to the Momo steering wheel.
I got the idea from here - Steering wheel replacement while keeping horn and cruise control - 3SI Wiki but had to figure out a way to use it on a 2G. I used some carpet because I didn't want to see a gap between the plastic and the hub. I broke the metal from the SPDT switch, stuck it in a gold plated connector, used another random electrical connector to hold the wire in place and then screwed it under the carpet.
Part used: SPDT Switch with 3/4" Roller Lever RadioShack.com - Cables, Parts & Connectors: Component parts: Switches: SPDT Switch with 3/4" Roller Lever
