So I go these little blue LED lights that I want to put uner the center console so they shine out the vents in the kick pannels to match my rear speakers which light up, and all they take is a positive and negative connection but I don't know how do do that LOL, so what is the easiest way to hook them up?

take and run the power to a switch, ground the lights off individually. ground the switch. run a power from the battery (or other power source) to the switch. so just to clear that up. power from battery to switch. power from light to switch. ground to switch. and ground off the lights individually. im sure someone will post a simple diagram.

Don't do it. They get really annoying. Just get colored bulbs for when you open the doors. I have red bulbs on both floor locations.

The bulbs are under the dash, just to the left of the hood release handle. it is just a small bulbe turned into a metal piece (gnd). u can use this to connect some led lights, remove the bulbe, connect the pos wire of the leds to the pos wire of the stock interior lights and connect the gnd to the chassis (metal piece) and the lights will turn on when the door is opened. If u want the leds to work whole the time, u need to run a 12V wire from the battery over a switch to the leds. when u make the ledstrips don't forget to use the correct resistors!

Neon is for the rice crowd. Avoid it because that is what gives the rest of us a bad name. Clean is the only good looking car.

its for the inside of his car, and if he follows crimsonGST's instructions and puts it on a switch, he can be a ricer or not ricer just with a flick of a switch.

yes put it on a switch because ive been in a car that has this on al the time and at night it gets annoying.

Yeah well im going to admit it, i DO have blue led pods in my n/t run to a switch (i was 16, come'on). Cool little things if thats what your into. Just do it RIGHT the first time, take your time, and dont go overboard.

If your courtesy lights under your dash aren't working, replace the bulbs, check the fuses, and if all else fails, replace your door switch. It's about a $3 part that has one bolt holding it in.

Where are the lights located? I don't have headliner yet, but isn't there supposed to be a dome light?

or take 40 bucks, sell that bodykit, and get yourself some performance mods! but to each their own, just my HO.

Trust me, getting rid of my body kit and putting 2gb bumpers on are my first priority. I got the car riced out, which was why I got it for 1900.

The floor lights are located under the dash. On the driver's side, it's to the left of the dead pedal and above. On the passenger side, it's pretty much in the same place. To really see them, you'll need to get your head under the dash and look up.

As for dome lights, my car has a mirror with map lights, but no dome light due to a sunroof. I'm not aware of which models have/had dome lights and which didn't.

Edit: The floor lights are standard 194 bulbs. These are available in plenty of colors. Mine are currently red. The map lights are tube-style (forget which ones they are) and sometimes you can find these in colors. If not, you can get the colored light condoms to fit over them and customize your light color, but I've had these melt over time and get clear, so beware.
