whats the problem?

i just got a new stereo system and the cd player keeps skipping way easier than it should. does anybody know what the prob is and how i could fix it?

its a aiwa model CDCMA01 mp3/ microsoft wma car stereo player.

hmmm, aiwa? that could be your problem....they're not the best out there for sure. i dunno just how "easily" it's skipping, but i wouldn't expect much from aiwa car audio. imake sure it's mounted securley and not shakin around in there...if it still does it, bring it back for sure...i'd look into getting a kenwood or pioneer or alpine if you got the money. you get what you pay for.
