ATTN: Spyder Owners - Convertible / Roof Boot Cover

Hey Spyder Owners,
I was wonder if any of you are having the same problems I am? When I install the roof cover (aka: boot cover), it pushes out the interior trim - rear quarter trim panels creating a gap thus not securing the boot cover properly. If you have / had this same issue, how did you get around it? I don't want to start driving in screws either When the car was newer, it secured fine. It just started happening last year - I think cause the car's getting older??

I noticed that same problem when I put it on a few months back. I have not found a fix for it or figured out why it pushes it out.

Maybe the clips on the back of the panels are worn. Take them out and look at them.

Hey you and I have the same car with the same problem... As for how to fix it, I just leave it, you can try but every time you push and pull the boot, you are going to be reapplying pressure on it and just pulling it away again
