Best place to buy paint

At a reasonable cost.

I'm looking to repaint my car W12, Northstar White. I suppose if I can find a different white cheaper than that is fine as well. The color that is on it now doesn't look so grand.

I've found one place but 2 quarts of base and 2 quarts of clear was gonna run me $400. Hell, I can have my local Maaco spray the car for $600 and get a decent look (they actually do good work at this shop)

I've heard people say Napa before, anyone have any experiences or sources for me?
