I was wondering if it is possible to change up a shifter on a automatic..I have a 95 Talon ESI.

What exactly do you want?
A short shifter on an automatic?
(don't see why you wan't this as you don't shift, there is no use of having it shorter)

A conversion from automatic to manual?
(yes that is possible, search of vfaq)
 
There was some one on here who made a paddle shifter kit for the autos..
