center piece of 1ga eclipse taillights

ok, first of all the picture is edited. second of all, I just want to know if anyone makes that part. If they dont, I guess its possible to just fabricate one.

dude i am lookin for that to.. in that same color.. i want to paint mine so bad but the stock one is not smooth so i dont know how it would look and i was wondering how to make it smooth??? fill it with bondo and then sand and prime it?? i dunno someone let me know.

Why cant you just unscrew the piece from the inside of the trunk and paint it yourself? I looked at it a few days ago since mine is faded..i might do it sometime soon...unless any1 says thats a stupid idea?

no, see that stripe between the lights, the horizontal stripe? that goes all the way across stock. I want to get rid of that.

you might just be able to fill everything in with bondo to make it all even.. then sand it smooth so you can paint it.. i am not sure if it will work cuz i am still waiting for some nicer weather so i can do the same mod.. if you do it and get rid of the bar a different way.. let me know

haha i have both an eclipse and a talon.. both 1gs... personally i like the body of the eclipse better.. like i know they are almost identical.. but there are differences that make each car.. the thing i love about the eclipse is the tailights.. i hate the tails on the talon.. not much you can do.. all i did for the talon was paint the amber part of the tails to match the red parts.. i'll be sure to PM you when i do it.. but it wont be till spring or until i can get to a junkyard and find a spare center taillight section just incase it doesnt look good.. your going to have to remind me when it gets closer to spring or if you can hook me up with a real cheap center tail peice.. i mean real cheap.. i dont have much money now cuz im rebuilding the eclipses motor and fixing the hood, fender, bumper and some of the subframe (it was in an accident so i bought it real cheap)..
