FWD - AWD, is there a difference in harnesses?

In the 91-94 wiring harnesses, from front to back, is there any differences? Can an AWD wiring harness meet up to a FWD ECU?

I have heard only real problems are when you have a 90' harness, and that 91-94 are the same, but are they all exactly the same?
