Hey yall i was messing with the interior of my recently aquired DSM and the seat which is MAnual not auotmatic by the way won't move forward or back. I'm 6'1" with really long legs so i gotta fix this along with the steering adjustment. when you pull the handle it kindda gets loose like it wants to move but just won't do it. It will just kinda shake. thanks you all.:talon:

Go ahead and pull the seat and find out what kind of crap's piled-up under it. PB Blast the tracks.

Only two bolts, two nuts, and the stupid seat belt switch connector.

is there something that may have come disconnected or broke:talon:. it's like the lever doesn't release all the way.

Like defiant said, take the 2 bolts and 2 nuts of and pull the seat out and check. should take like 5mins to pull the seat.

Could be. Could be broken, or disconnected, or bent out of shape, or rusted in place, or jammed by a bit of human femur, or a Spanish doubloon worth $86,000, or who the hell can tell until you pull the seat?
