I've always used Pioneer...no complaints, but if I was going to change I'd get an Alpine.

Depends on what you actually want -- i know someone that works for soundcity.com that usually knocks a lot off the price for you..and its shipped to ur door in like two days.

I'm getting the Alpine CDA-7998. Awesome head unit. It has a fold out face, so when you shut down your DSM, it folds into the radio to leave a black panel. It plays MP3s, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, XM satellite radio controls, CD changer controls, 3 preamp outs, built in eq, digital inputs (incase you decide to hook up a monitor and dvd setup), 50 watts x 4, built in crossover, wireless remote and was desigend to be hooked up with the new Nokia cell phones so you can control the phone with your radio. $599 off crutchfield, but I found it for $420 surfing the net, can't remember where.
