Mount Sub and Amp in hatch??

I've had my amp and sub rattling around for over a hear now in the hatch... I just wanted to know how other people are mounting their subs and amps so they don't get thrown around on turns.. I also have a thin computer mounted in the back with custome mounts on that "step" if you will that is directly behind the rear seats, but last night those mounts stripped out and I want to mount everything flat on the floor of the hatch.

Anyone have ideas on this?

I mount my amps on the back of the seats. As for the sub and box, it depends on what kind and how many. If its a simple rather small 1-2 cubic ft sealed or vented typical square box, I use the OEM mitsu cargo net that came with eclipses (if u still have it or got it with the options). Just flip it upside down over the box, and use stock hooks. Holds it just fine.

Yeah.. I have the hooks for the nets, but don't have the nets.. but that wouldn't help me with the computer aspect.. I have a computer in the hatch.. and had it mounted a different way before.. but the mounts stripped out and messed up.. but they had to go soon anyway.. I want to mount the computer flat somewhere.. but I don't know how I should go about this.. the coputer is a little over a foot wide, has a little longer lengthe and is about two inches tall...

Some straps and hooks, you can get em at walmart. In your case you have to be creative.. sounds better then saying.. "in your case you have to be ghetto" Or anything can be done with some custom work and money, my car is not a "show" car, so even if i'm using nets or straps and hooks, as long as it does the job for me.

I wound up laying the computer flat and keeping it in place by putting some plywood underneath the cardboard coverthing that our car comes with and attatching the cardboard to the wood with self-tapping screws. Then I used corner braces and self-tapping screws to keep the computer secured..
