ive got the defi hud boost gauge / tt, but i dont want to put it in because my alarm keeps going off randomly. i dont really like the idea of my car running without the doors locked, so should i try to fix the factory alarm, or just disconnect it and get a new one? im thinking i wanna just get a new one, but how do i disconnect the factory? any ideas? thanks.

i took it to one shop that does alarms and radios and some other things like that and they told me that id have to take it to the dealership to get it disconnected. do you know how i could do that? thanks
