chrome wheels

does anyone know if there is a way of stripping chrome off of wheels and painting them black? if so, how much would it cost and where would the best place to go be? thanks!!

any body shop can do it, just sand it down, clean , paint

To get them powdercoated black, roughly 50 bucks a wheel.
