Front bumper Removal

For some reason I am having some problems getting my front bumper off. I actually broke a part of it from pulling to hard. I have removed all the bolts across the top and bottom in the front "lip" area. As well, their were bolts holding it on the wheel well area. I pulled those off and I have it loose on both sides near the wheel wells, as well as in the center. The turn signal lights are off as well. I am here asking what I need to do next, as it appears that the headlights need to come off but I can't seem to locate the bolts for taking them off. I did try searching for front bumper removal but turned up results that were not very relevant. If anyone has any tips or insight into this it would be greatly appreciated.
