Untill i can get some real nice light weight ones, should i just paint my stock wheels black on the inside, as shown?:

I was thinking about doing that to my stockers before I got my rims. I just didn't want to go thru the work.
 
;)I would paint them/powder coat them black like your pictures. Looks really trick like that with the blue color of your car. I would definitely not paint them gunmetal in my opinion. :dsm:
 
I say go for it. I'm getting some gunmetal rims next spring, haven't decided on which ones yet. I think that Sliver, Chrome and polished are nice, but onl work with some color schemes. My .02
 
I sand blasted mine and did them in gun metal gray and then did clear over them. I think they came out pretty good for stock rims. They are in my sig pic.
 
Don't paint over your original wheels. There are a bunch of kids that do that are here and all we do is make fun of them.
 
oh if i do it, they're getting poweder coated with a coat or 2 of clear over them, not just some driveway spray paint sh!t

really? is that what "we" do? dont think so there buddy. thanx though. if you take your time and do it right, it looks great..

yeah i might consider getting some 19s painted than to purchase black ones....the styles i'm leaning toward are not in black
