Front Bumper.. Will It Fit?

I'm running a '96 RS right now and absolutely love the front bumpers on the 97-99's.. is it possible to replace my stock front bumper on mine and hook up a 97-99 version without any modifications? Will it fit up around the lights and hood perfectly? I've saw them a h*lla lot cheaper than that. check the classifieds on this site for people parting out a 97-99 2G, and ask them what they'll take for the headlight set. I bet you could find someone on here who will sell them for around 100 or 150 shipped for the pair. try and find out is all i can say.

the bumper will fit but they will be a lil gap between the light an the bumper. Thats an excuse to pick up some projectors, like 200 shipped on ebay

From what I have heard from projector owners is that they suck. Alot of guys with projectors are going BACK to the stock cause they can't see sh1t. They are only good if you have the HID kit with them. You are better with stock 97-99 lights.

You have that backwards buddy.

You cannot fit a 97-99 bumper over the 95-96 headlights, the 95-96 lights are too big to fit the bumper over. (I tried it with a Stillen Front-end on my 95 GS-T )

No you said that the bumper would fit but there would be a gap between the lights and the bumper.

If he leaves his 95-96 lights on he won't be able to get the bumper on.

What you described would happen if someone tried to put projectors on a stock Talon front end or if someone put a Talon front on a 97-99 Eclipse.

Either way it doesn't matter as long as he knows he needs to buy projectors or stock 97-99 headlights for that bumper to fit.
