I own a 2g white talon, and i was gonna paint the black part around where my license plate is white. Should i use primer? Should i sand it? And is there a code i can look for for the right shade of white spray paint. I know these are basic questions but im new at this. Thanks

You'll want to perhaps dry sand with a coarse paper and then wet sand with a finer grit...600? Then use whatever primer is recommended for the paint you plan on using. Then wet sand the primer with a fine grit and paint the color. Look into a type of clear coat as well.

i get lots of complements on this...

as ppl have said......be sure to prime and sand. then find your color. only clearcoat if the book at the parts store specifies...i know clear coated black and regular balck are 2 diff colors just slightly...but it is discernable
