Floor Lights

Has anyone changed their floor lights? (the ones that coem on when you open the doors)...the stcok are just normal lights but I want to make them blue and would like to know some ways of doing it...thanks...

You could replace the bulb cover with a blue tinted one, you could replace the bulb with a different color, you could scrap the stockers all together and replace with an aftermarket unit.

Leds from radioshack are popular for switch lights and you can change the color of the guages easily.

You could simply replace the bulb with a different color one, wire in LED lights, or a neon tube if you want to go that route. As long as the load isn't too much and you don't fry anything, whatever you can think will work nicely.

Blue lights...uhg. Just buy the amber bulbs that match factory color, or get some clear bulbs and put the yellow condom back over them.

These are the ones I used, and they look good. The bulb size is 194.
