HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA
SCRAPE, Dude you'll do more than just scrape. You will have about 1.5-1.75 clearence in the front with that lip. that lip will last maybe a month if your lucky.

You think your just gonna scrape!! I tore the front lip of of mine like 2 or 3 months later. You will always scrape unless you have perfect roads. Since I live in Texas you know we don't have perfect roads(by far). Reply Back. Later:cool:

Damn, I got a 2 in. drop on mine and I rarely scrape hard. If you make sure you watch where you are driving and slow down it won't be that bad. The important thing is to slow down. If you are careful you might just make it. Watch out for speed bumps. Later:cool:

At first you'll be scraping everywhere you go, but over time you'll learn to change your driving style. You'll learn what to avoid and how to manuever. I wouldn't worry about it too much, avoiding the scrape will become second nature after a week or two. I have a 2" drop and I can't even remember the last time I scraped it.

NONE of you are reading right..... he wanted to also add a RM LIP SPOILER. with they way that thing extend forwards when he come out of a downhill decline, he WILL scrape.

Who here can say they have the lip spoiler and DOES not scrape?????????????

i want that damn lip spoiler like you said ed in my gallery, that would look sick, then im gonna put my sportlines on in the spring adn drop it even more OMG,

Ed we should invent a quick removal system for the spoiler, so you can jump out of your car and just take it off real quick for a driveway or smn"????? that would be cool!!!

Well, I don't have the RM lip spoiler, but I do have a Typhoon front bumper. Not only is it lower than stock, but is also extended fowards about 3" from stock as well. And if it matters, I have 17's with 215/45's. No major problems....I'll stick to the idea that you just got to learn how to change driving styles. Ofcourse there's going to be some places that are near impossible to go, but the majority will be negotiable.

3 days after i got my car i cracked the bottom part of the bumper. and the bolts and stuff underneath the bumper that holds it also got f'd up:|
i still have the stock suspension but i rarely scrape anymore...just gotta learn how to manuever better.

i scrape my bumber here and their going up or down some driveways and my car isnt even lowered. i wanna lower it but im scared my exhaust will scratch some things.

The most important things to remember when you have a lowered car and you have to drive up driveways and speed bumps is to take the bumps at a angle so you wont scrape. Unless you are just sitting on the ground you can make it around MOSTLY all the bumps and driveways.

Later

Like I said before, I really love the look, But it's not practical. I guess if it was 50 bux cheaper... yeah then it would be worth it. But i got real sick of repairing it and not I have to get my bumper painted again. The looks are definatly worth it, the pain in the @ss taking the bumoer off and stuff is NOT.

Doing this would probably give you an idea of whether or not you should spend the money on a new front air dam, help you learn to drive without cracking your "good" spoiler ;-)

no offence but i find that thing very vomit like in apperance.:barf: haha. i would never do that to my baby. im gonna drop mine and possibly go wit some 18s. but money is tight so i think ill stick with 17s. i just want something that will eliminate that nasty gap. to me its like lookin at someone wit a huge gap in their teeth. i want something that will look close the pic below i photoshopped of my car. how much of a drop u think will get me there? im lookin at either the prokit or sportlines. what should i go with ?
