How to get headlights off

I am trying to put on a blitz front bumper on my car but i can't figure out how to get the damn headlights off. I go the top bolt off and the one that is close to the fender but there is still something holding the light in. Is there another bolt or am i missing something. Please help i need this asap.

yeah, there is a bolt on the bottom, its a b!tch to get to, if your putting a 97-99 bumper on it, just break it off.

hes right, it takes alot of time and is easy if you have the right tools...
