I had purchased my friends CF tailights when i got my car. The were plain and looked like #@%#@%#@%#@%. I wanted to make them look good so here is whati did...
i drilled two holes in the back of the center peice (1 inch in diameter) in the center of each of the red lense things, Then i coverd the plastic with sheetmetal to prevent melting
on the assembly i removed 2 of the bolts used to hold the lights on to run the wires through the car instead.
What i did here was bought two rear taillight assemblies the stock holder for the bulbs with three wires coming off (where you change the bulb) from a junk yard you remove the plastic thing used to tighten the socket into the light assembly, wired them into the factory system and tada
Im going to open up the back of the tailights and snap some picts for ya tomm if this snow melts in the mornin.:dsm: :p
