Well, ive come to the decision that i am going to use my tax return and perhaps a small loan from the bank, to get some new ground effects, a paint job and some rims, but i am having trouble deciding on what to get. I have blitz on there now, and for the most part, i like it, except for the high side skirts i have molded in, i do like the low rise ones better, but if I do get new ground effects, should i stick with blitz?

I know most of you will probably say get something better, they are played out, even though ive had the same kit on for almost 3 years, or to do a 97-99 conversion, and thats the main thing, i am actually thinking about doing the conversion instead of getting ground effects. Now dont get me wrong, i love the way ground effects look, especially when lowered, but so do the 97-99 body style. Ugh, this is so complicated, and i dont want to spend over 350-400 on the body, and ebay has kits around that price, but ive heard they aint the best of kits either.

Does anyone have good experience from ebay kits? if so, who did you buy from? and whats everyones opinion on what I should do?

I dont have first hand experience with ebay body kits, but I have alot of friends hat tried to save a quick buck and go with the good looking, but not always quality body kits. its a tough call going for an ebay kit, you don't know the quality until its at your door, and by then it might be too late. In my opinion, I would go with the 97-99 conversion, I'm doing it myself, and I chose it over going with a full kit. I like the simplicity and style of the 97-99 factory look. You can always pick up a bumper cover from AutoZone, I believe they carry them. Over here in Canada, I got a replacement 97-99 front bumper to do the conversion for only $150, brand new. Anyways, I dont want to ramble on, so if I were you, I'd use that tax money and go for the 97-99 conversion and get a nice paint job down the road. Hope that helps, good luck man.

Dont get an ebay body kit. They are cheap as all hell. Most dont fit right, made of fiberglass which will spider crack your paint every time you look at it wronk and will chip. Get a front bumper from ebay (the 2gb OEM). You can get those for cheap already primered. If you look on the classifieds here you will find some sideskirts (2gb) and then get a turbo wing. You should be well in your budget for those parts. For lights, ebay has some good deals on OEM eclipse lights and if not get ricer lights.

Dont go with ebay body kits, like clipse0001 said, they will crack, not fit right and obviously cheaply made. Waste of money. You will find that most people on this site like the 97-99 OEM body better then any kit and I agree. Blitz is way too overplayed and theres just no attractive kits out there. And if you go with OEM parts, it will fit right for sure!
